Front Counter Crew Member

We are looking for a Front Counter Crew Member who is friendly, organized, and ready to be a key part of our event and tent rental operation. This person will be the first and last point of contact for many of our customers, helping ensure their rental experience is smooth from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with customers in person and over the phone, answering questions about rental items, pricing, availability, and event timelines. You’ll be responsible for creating and updating rental orders, processing payments, and making sure all order details are accurate before equipment goes out the door.


 

Requirements

• Friendly, customer-focused attitude

• Comfortable working with customers in person and on the phone

• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Willing to work weekends and overtime during busy event seasons

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to ~30 lbs

• Customer service or event experience is a plus, but not required
