Warehouse/Field Crew Member

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse / Field Crew Member to join our growing event and tent rental team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a team that brings events to life—from weddings and festivals to corporate events and private parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and organize event rental equipment (tents, tables, chairs, linens, flooring, etc.)

• Assist with tent installations and breakdowns at event sites

• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites (if qualified)

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

• Perform basic equipment inspection and cleaning after events

• Work collaboratively with crew members and follow safety procedures

• Provide professional and courteous interactions with clients on-site​

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Valid driver’s license preferred (but not required)
